Gabriel The Marine
Gabriel the Marine was an American rock band from Long Island, New York. The band was composed of guitarist and vocalist Mike Desmond and guitarist Dominick D'Agostino, bassist Tom Costa, and drummer Tom Davis. Following its inception into the independent rock scene in 2008, the band embarked on their first U.S. tour in the summer of 2009 with A Love Like Pi and Asteria, and later opened for artists such as Taking Back Sunday, Mew, Glassjaw, Jack's Mannequin, The Sleeping, As Tall As Lions, Bayside, Mae, Anberlin, I Am the Avalanche, The Dear Hunter, and many others. Lattingtown, New York
Lattingtown is a village located within the Town of Oyster Bay in Nassau County, on Long Island, in New York, United States. The population was 1,739 at the 2010 census. History The area of marsh along the coast was occupied by a band of Lenape, known as the Matinecock, a name associated with the place. The Matinecock sold the area in 1660 to Richard Latting and his son, Josiah Latting. The Lattings sold marsh reeds for use in thatched-roof houses. Anberlin
Anberlin is an American alternative rock band formed in Winter Haven, Florida in 2002. Since the beginning of 2007, the band consists of lead vocalist Stephen Christian, guitarists Joseph Milligan and Christian McAlhaney, bassist Deon Rexroat, and drummer Nathan Young. Members of Anberlin originally formed a band under the name SaGoh 24/7 in 1998, releasing two studio albums before disbanding, with the members having a change in musical direction and name. Anberlin was formed in 2002; within a year of forming, they had signed with semi-independent record label Tooth & Nail Records and released their debut album, '' Blueprints for the Black Market''. The Almost
The Almost is an American rock band from Clearwater, Florida, fronted by Underoath drummer and vocalist Aaron Gillespie. Formed in 2005 as a solo project by Gillespie, the band currently includes guitarist Jay Vilardi, bassist Jon Thompson, and drummer JJ Revell. No Doubt is an American rock band from Anaheim, California, formed in 1986. Justin Beck is an American musician and businessman. He is the guitarist and musical writer for Long Island, New York band Glassjaw. Beck, with a high school and college buddy, Lee Tepper, also co-founded a band merchandise company called MerchDirect, which started in 1999 after Beck refused to give up the rights to his merchandising to a major label.
