Gabriel Rodríguez (born August 7, 1979, in Valencia, Venezuela) is a Venezuelan canoe racing, sprint canoer. He competed in the late 2000s. At the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing, he was eliminated in the semifinals of both the Canoeing at the 2008 Summer Olympics – Men's K-2 500 metres, K-2 500 m and the Canoeing at the 2008 Summer Olympics – Men's K-2 1000 metres, K-2 1000 m events.
