Frank Jenssen
Frank Josef Jenssen (born 11 August 1969) is a Norwegian politician for the Conservative Party. He was elected to the Parliament of Norway for Sør-Trøndelag in 2013 and in 2018, he became the first County Governor of the new Trøndelag county. Career Jenssen was a local politician in Trondheim for a long time and served as political adviser to mayor Marvin Wiseth. He was State Secretary for Erna Solberg in the Ministry of Local Government and Regional Development from 2003 to 2005. He was the Conservative Party's candidate for mayor in Trondheim in the municipalities elections in 2003 and 2007, but the Labour Party with Rita Ottervik got the position of mayor both times. He began working in a communication company in 2008 and subsequently became Director of Communication in the Norwegian Labour Inspection Authority. In the 2013 Norwegian parliamentary election, he was nominated in second spot on the Sør-Trøndelag Conservative Party ballot

County Governor (Norway)
The county governor ( nb, statsforvalteren; nn, statsforvaltaren, lit. ''state administrator'' in English) is a Norwegian government agency that represents the central government administration in every county in Norway. Responsible for a number of supervision and management duties, the governor is the representative of the king and the government of Norway in each county, functioning as the connection between the state and the municipalities. The county governor is subordinate to the Ministry of Local Government and Modernisation but also to the other ministries in their respective duties. The governor is part of the executive branch and so is formally appointed by the king in a cabinet meeting. Rita Irene Ottervik (born 11 September 1966 in Hitra) is a Norwegian politician from the Labour Party who has served as the mayor of Trondheim since 2003. 2013 Norwegian Parliamentary Election
Parliamentary elections were held in Norway on 8 and 9 September 2013 to elect all 169 members of the unicameral Storting. The centre-right coalition obtained 96 seats, while the incumbent red–green coalition government obtained 72 seats and the Green Party obtained one. The Labour Party won the largest share (30.8%) of the votes cast, with the Conservatives coming second (26.8%), after increasing its share by 9.6 percentage points. Elections in Norway are held on a Monday in September, usually the second or third Monday, as determined by the king-in-council (i.e. the government). In 2013, the election was held on the second Monday. Each municipality was permitted to open some or all of its polling stations on the day before the nationwide election day.
