Félix Magnette
Félix Magnette (9 December 1868 – 1942) was a Belgian historian from Liège. Life Magnette was born in Arlon on 9 December 1868 and was educated at the Athénée de Liège and University of Liège, where he studied under Godefroid Kurth, and graduated in 1892 with a Ph.D. on Joseph II, Holy Roman Emperor, Joseph II and navigation on the Scheldt, supervised by Eugène Hubert (historian), Eugène Hubert. His first article, "Guillaume d'Orange et la Pacification de Gand", was published in the ''Revue de l'Instruction Publique'' in 1891. Liège ( ; ; ; ; ) is a City status in Belgium, city and Municipalities in Belgium, municipality of Wallonia, and the capital of the Liège Province, province of Liège, Belgium.
