Félix Lebrun
Félix Lebrun (; born 12 September 2006) is a French table tennis player and 2025 French national champion. He was a gold medalist at the 2023 European Games and reached the top ten list of the ITTF (International Table Tennis Federation) world ranking for the first time in October 2023. he was ranked number 4 in the world in the ITTF world rankings, making him the top-ranked French and European player. Stylistically, he plays with a penholder grip (with a reverse penhold backhand), which is a rarity among top players today. He won two bronze medals at the 2024 Summer Olympics, one in individual and one in team, thus becoming at 17 years the youngest ever medalist in those events, and also the youngest male medalist in Olympic table tennis. In October 2024, he became the first French player to win a WTT Champions tournament in Montpellier. Marcos Freitas
Marcos André Sousa da Silva Freitas (born 8 April 1988) is a Portuguese table tennis player who won European Championships medals in singles, doubles, and team events. He represented Portugal four times at the Summer Olympics. Career Freitas participated at the 2008 Summer Olympics where he got knocked out in the round of 64. In the same year he won the bronze medal in the men's doubles at the European Championship with Tiago Apolónia. Three years later at the 2011 European Championships, he went on to win the gold medal with his doubles partner Andrej Gaćina. Lily Zhang
Lily Ann Zhang (born June 16, 1996) is an American table tennis player who competed in the 2012 Summer Olympics in London with teammates Ariel Hsing and Erica Wu. She also competed in the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio with teammates Jiaqi Zheng and Jennifer Wu. She is a six-time US national champion in women's singles. Zhang has won the US national championship in 2012, 2014, 2016, 2017, 2019 and 2022. In 2011, she was a bronze medalist in women's singles and women's team at the Pan American Games and won the women's doubles title at the Qatar Peace and Sport Cup. She is currently a member of the United States National Women's team. She has been ranked as high as #2 in the cadet (U-15) world ranking and #5 in the junior (U-18) world ranking. Christophe Legoût (born 6 August 1973 in Montbéliard, Doubs) is a French table tennis player. He is also left-handed, and uses the classic grip and Butterfly Legout blade. Table tennis career Since he became a member of the national team in 1991, Legout is considered one of France's most prominent and popular table tennis players in its sporting history. World Table Tennis (ITTF)
World Table Tennis, stylized as WTT, is an organization created by the International Table Tennis Federation, ITTF in 2019 that runs commercialized table tennis tournaments. Its inaugural tournament was held in November 2020 in Macao. It is distinguished from the predecessor ITTF World Tour by various rules changes and big prize money for commercialized purposes.
