Fabian Wayne Edwards, known professionally by his stage name FyaVerse ( born 16 November 1999), is a Jamaican dancehall fusion singer-songwriter. He rose to attention with the track “''Shatta Gyal''”, a collaboration with Dutch producer ChevoBeatz released in 2023, which later entered the Billboard Argentina Hot 100 in 2024. His music incorporates themes of social consciousness, with tracks such as “''Time's Dread, Times Dread''” and “''Ganja Forest''” addressing issues of resilience, community, and the human experience, while also reflecting broader social and Political corruption, political contexts within Jamaica. Career In 2019, he began working with Dutch producer ChevoBeatz, resulting in a series of collaborations.
