The Futsal European Federation (FEF) is the futsal governing body for both fully and non-independent states or regions in Europe. It was founded in 2017 to replace UEFS. Futsal is played between two teams of five players each, one of whom is the goalkeeper. Unlimited substitutions are permitted. The Cyprus Turkish Football Association ( tr, Kıbrıs Türk Futbol Federasyonu, KTFF) is the governing body of football in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus. The Monégasque Football Federation (french: Fédération Monégasque de Football, FMF) is the governing body of football in the nation of Monaco. The association is not a member of FIFA or UEFA, but it does have membership to the NF-Board and its successor CONIFA. The FMF runs the national football team and the three domestic cup tournaments played in the principality.
