Frederik Fuglsang
Frederik Fuglsang (1887–1953) was a Danish cinematographer who worked largely in the German film industry. Fuglsang was employed by Nordisk Film, who initially brought him to Germany. He worked frequently during the Weimar era on films such as '' Vanina'' (1922) and Frederic Zelnik's ''The Weavers'' (1927).Eisner p.354 He was married to the actress Käte Fuglsang. Hans Fuglsang-Damgaard
Hans Fuglsang-Damgaard (29 July 1890 – 8 July 1979) was a bishop of the diocese of Copenhagen for 25 years including the years of the Nazi Germany, German occupation. Early life and education Hans Fuglsang-Damgaard was born on 29 July 1890 in Fuglsang, Oksenvad parish to proprietor Ole Christian Damgaard. From and baptized Hans Fuglsang Damgaard in Oksenvad church on the fourteenth Sunday after Trinity Sunday, Trinity. At the time Oksenvad was part of Germany and Fuglsang-Damgaard was thus part of the Danish population in German Northern Schleswig. During World War I, Fuglsang-Damgaard was drafted into the German army and served on the Western Front (World War I), Western front where he became a prisoner of war in France. Jakob Diemer Fuglsang (born 22 March 1985) is a Danish professional road racing cyclist, who rides for UCI ProSeries, UCI ProTeam . Before turning professional for , he was a mountain biker racing for Team Cannondale–Vredestein, winning the Under-23 World Cup and Under-23 World Championships. Fuglsang has finished 7th overall at the Tour de France and 6th at the Giro d'Italia, his best result at a Grand Tour. Niels Fuglsang (born 29 June 1985) is a Danish politician who was elected as a Member of the European Parliament (MEP) in 2019 and again in 2024. A member of the Social Democrats (S), he sits with the Progressive Alliance of Socialists and Democrats (S&D) in the European Parliament. Education Fuglsang holds a cand.scient.pol. Fuglsang (brewery)
Fuglsang is a danish brewery situated in the town of Haderslev in Southern Jutland. In 2021 the company was bought by Royal Unibrew and in 2022 they ceased production at the Haderslev plant. Fuglsang Manor
Fuglsang is a 19th-century manor house now operated by Det Classenske Fideicommis as a cultural centre as an active agricultural estate at Toreby on the island of Lolland, in southeastern Denmark. The estate was owned by members of the de Neergaard family from 1819 to 1947. The main building serves as a venue for classical concerts and other cultural activities. The cultural centre also includes Fuglsang Art Museum, located in a purpose-built building designed by British architect Tony Fretton. History Early history The history of the estate can be tracked back to 1368. The original fortified castle was located a few hundred metres further north, where remains can still be seen. The location at the edge of marshland where Flintinge Stream mouths in the Guldborgsund Strait, close to the only ford in the area, has made it of strategic importance in the area. Fuglsang Art Museum () is an art museum set in rural surroundings in Guldborgsund Municipality on the island of Lolland in Denmark. It is part of the Fuglsang Cultural Centre. The museum features Danish art with an emphasis on artists and motifs of local provenance. The museum is located in a purpose-built building, designed by Tony Fretton.
