Frisco (drink)
Frisco is a flavored cider by the Pilsner Urquell Brewery that is available in Czech Republic, Slovakia and Lithuania. It was first introduced in 2004. The drink was manufactured by Lech Browary Wielkopolski in Poznan at first, but since 2013 it is made by Pilsner Urquell Brewery Original recipe included barley malt, but since 2017 the drink is a proper cider made from apples. Pilsner Urquell Brewery
Plzeňský Prazdroj, a. s. (; Pilsner Urquell Brewery) is a Czech brewery which opened in 1842 in Plzeň, Bohemia. It was the first brewery to produce a pale lager, branded as Pilsner Urquell, which became so popular and was so much copied that more than two-thirds of the beer produced in the world today is pale lager, sometimes named ''pils'', ''pilsner'' and ''pilsener'' after Pilsner Urquell. The brewery name, ''Pilsner Urquell'', which can be roughly translated into English as "the original source at Pilsen", was adopted as a trademark in 1898. Lech Browary Wielkopolski (; English: Lech Breweries of Greater Poland) is a big industrial brewery in Poznań, with a production capacity of 7.5 million hl. The plant is owned by Asahi Breweries subsidiary Kompania Piwowarska SA. History The modern brewing plant in Poznań was built between 1975 and 1980. In 1984, a malthouse was added. By 1992, along with other brewers, it was part of Wielkopolskie Zakłady Piwowarsko-Słodownicze SA, but after 1992, it became the company's main production facility, Lech Browary SA. The Sinebrychoff Brewery (, ) is a Finnish brewery and soft drink company. It was founded in 1819 in Helsinki, Grand Duchy of Finland, by the Russian businessman Nikolai Sinebrychoff who lived in Finland, and it is the largest brewery in Finland today.
