Fridtjof Rasin Røinås (born 2 August 1994) is a Norwegian former racing cyclist. He competed in the men's team time trial event at the 2017 UCI Road World Championships. Grimstad () is a municipality in Agder county, Norway. It belongs to the geographical region of Sørlandet. The administrative center of the municipality is the town of Grimstad. The International Tour of Rhodes is an annual professional cycling stage race held in Rhodes, Greece. It was first held in 1987, but the second edition only took place in 1995.
