Freizeitpark Plohn
The Freizeitpark Plohn (also known as Plohni; formerly Märchen- und Erlebnispark Forellenhof Plohn) is a seasonal amusement park in Lengenfeld, Saxony, Germany. It has about 350,000 visitors a year and 79 attractions. History Arnfried Völkel, who became Unemployment, unemployed after the Peaceful Revolution, built a trout farm in Plohn (Lengenfeld municipality) in 1991. On the basis of this restaurant, he opened a small fairy tale forest with twelve fairy tales by the Brothers Grimm in 1996. In the course of the following years the park continued to develop. Lengenfeld is a town in the Vogtlandkreis district, in the Free State of Saxony in eastern Germany. The town is situated 19 km southwest of Zwickau, and 18 km northeast of Plauen. Dynamite is a steel roller coaster at Freizeitpark Plohn, located in Lengenfeld, Saxony, Germany, manufactured by Mack Rides from the type BigDipper. The roller coaster opened on May 18, 2019 and is the second roller coaster of the manufacturer's BigDipper model after ''Lost Gravity (roller coaster), Lost Gravity'' in Walibi Holland. Heide Park Resort, commonly known as Heide Park, is a theme park in Soltau, Lower Saxony, Germany. A dark ride or ghost train is an indoor amusement ride on which passengers aboard guided vehicles travel through specially lit scenes that typically contain animation, sound, music and special effects. A drop tower or big drop is a type of amusement ride incorporating a central structure or tower. Drop towers vary in height, passenger capacity, lift type, and brake type. Many are custom-made, although there are some mass-produced designs. The most widely sold drop towers have been manufactured by Intamin and S&S Sansei, however Larson International and Funtime have their own drop tower models available as well. Riders initially experience free fall, followed by rapid heavy deceleration.
