The Evergreen Freedom Foundation, operating as the Freedom Foundation, is a free market conservative think tank founded in the state of Washington. Gomer Robert Williams (February 8, 1942 – March 15, 2022) was an American accountant and politician who served as a member of the Washington House of Representatives, representing the 18th district from 1979 to 1983 and the 19th district from 1983 to 1989.
