Fredrik Olofsson
Fredrik Olofsson (born 27 May 1996) is a Swedish professional ice hockey forward who is currently playing under contract with EV Zug of the National League (NL). He was selected by Chicago Blackhawks in the fourth-round, 98th overall, of the 2014 NHL Entry Draft. Playing career Olofsson was born in Sweden and raised in Broomfield, Colorado. He played for the Colorado Thunderbirds from 2009 to 2013. He then played for the Green Bay Gamblers of the United States Hockey League (USHL) during the 2012–13 season, where he appeared in eight games. He began the 2013–14 season with the Gamblers, recording two goals and four assists in 28 games. He was then traded to the Chicago Steel, where he finished the season with four goals and 11 assists in 24 games for the Steel. 2019–20 HockeyAllsvenskan Season
The 2019–20 HockeyAllsvenskan season was the 15th season that the second tier of Swedish ice hockey has operated under that name. The series consisted of 14 teams playing a regular season in which each team played each other team four times, twice at home and twice away. This was followed by a series of promotion and relegation tournaments, with the teams finishing first through eight participating in promotion playoffs, and the teams finishing 13th and 14th forced to requalify to avoid relegation to the Hockeyettan. However, after the regular season, on 15 March 2020 the Swedish Ice Hockey Association (SIHA) cancelled the post-season due to the COVID-19 pandemic in Sweden. No teams will be promoted nor relegated to or from HockeyAllsvenskan, and the next season of HockeyAllsvenskan will feature the same teams. HockeyAllsvenskan (previously Allsvenskan and SuperAllsvenskan) is a professional ice hockey league, and the second-highest league in the Swedish ice hockey system (after the SHL). Since the 2009–10 season, the league consists of fourteen teams. Modo Hockey (or MoDo with uppercase letters) is a professional ice hockey club in Örnsköldsvik, Sweden. The team plays in Sweden's second-tier league HockeyAllsvenskan. American Hockey League
The American Hockey League (AHL) is a professional ice hockey league based in the United States and Canada that serves as the primary developmental league for the National Hockey League (NHL). Since the 2010–11 season, every team in the league has an affiliation agreement with one NHL team. When NHL teams do not have an AHL affiliate, players are assigned to AHL teams affiliated with other NHL teams.
