Fredrik Lundh Sammeli
Carl Roland Fredrik Lundh Sammeli (born 1977) is a Swedish politician, air force officer and member of the Riksdag, the national legislature. A member of the Social Democratic Party, he has represented Norrbotten County since October 2006. Lundh Sammeli is the son of Ebbe Lundh and Chatrine Lundh (née Nilsson). He was educated in Piteå and at the Air Force Officers College (FOHS) in Halmstad. He has been an officer in the Norrbotten Wing since 1999. He has been a member of the municipal council in Luleå Municipality from 2002 until 2018, and on its municipal board from 2002 to 2006. Norrbotten County
Norrbotten County (, Meänkieli/, ) is the northernmost county or '' län'' of Sweden. It is also the largest county by land area, almost a quarter of Sweden's total area. It shares borders with Västerbotten County to the southwest, the Gulf of Bothnia to the southeast, the counties of Nordland and Troms in Norway to the northwest, and Lapland Province in Finland to the northeast. The name "Norrbotten" is also used for a province of the same name. Norrbotten province covers only the eastern part of Norrbotten County – the inland mostly belongs to the Swedish Lapland province (''Lappland''). The capital of Norrbotten is Luleå. Other significant towns include Boden, Kiruna and Piteå. The majority of the population lives in the namesake province, whereas the Lapland part of the county is sparsely populated. The Kommunstyrelse ("''municipal board''") is the executive branch of local government in each of the 290 municipalities of Sweden. The term used in the English version of the Swedish Local Government Act is ''municipal executive committee''. But there are also other translations used by particular municipalities.
