Frederick Steinman Foltz
Brigadier General Frederick Steinman Foltz (December 15, 1857 – August 28, 1952) was a United States Army officer in the late 19th and early 20th centuries. He served in the Spanish–American War and World War I, among other incidents and conflicts. Early life and education Foltz on born on December 25, 1857, in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. His father, Jonathan M. Foltz, would serve as Surgeon General of the United States Navy. Samuel Warren Miller

Hunter Liggett (March 21, 1857 − December 30, 1935) was a senior United States Army officer. His 42 years of military service spanned the period from the Indian campaigns to the trench warfare of World War I. Additionally, he also identified possible invasion sites in Luzon, particularly Lingayen Gulf, which were used during World War II in 1941 by the Japanese and in 1945 by the United States. Henry Alexander Greene (August 5, 1856 – August 19, 1921) was a United States Army officer in the late 19th and early 20th centuries. He served in several conflicts, including World War I. Biography Greene was born on August 5, 1856, in Matteawan, New York. He graduated from the United States Military Academy in 1879. Greene was commissioned into the 20th Infantry Regiment. He did frontier duty from 1879 to 1894, serving in Texas and Montana, and he commanded a company of Sioux scouts for three years. Albert Leopold Mills
Albert Leopold Mills (May 7, 1854 – September 18, 1916) was a United States Army major general who was a recipient of the Medal of Honor for valor in action on July 1, 1898, near Santiago, Cuba. An 1879 graduate of West Point, he served in the Army until his death in 1916. Following his service in Cuba, he was appointed superintendent of West Point, jumping in rank from first lieutenant to colonel. Lloyd Milton Brett (February 22, 1856 – September 23, 1927) was a United States Army brigadier general who was a recipient of the Medal of Honor for valor in action on April 1, 1880, at O'Fallon's Creek, Montana.
