Fred Åkerström Grant
Fred Åkeström grant is an allowance granted every year to "a person who has worked in a significant way to preserve, develop, and / or create Swedish Swedish ballad tradition, visor." It was named after Fred Åkerström. The custom began in 1987 by the () in collaboration with Länsförsäkringar. The grant is awarded during the Visfestival and the prize money is 40,000 Swedish krona, krona. Swedish Ballad Tradition
The Scandinavian ballad tradition is the tradition of Scandinavian poetic singer-songwriters. Within the tradition, the Swedish ballad tradition has been particularly influential, but the tradition also exists in the other Scandinavian countries. This ''visa'' tradition should not be confused with traditional Sveriges Medeltida Ballader, "medieval" Swedish ballads (''medeltida ballader''), which are representative of a typical tradition of The Types of the Scandinavian Medieval Ballad, Scandinavian ballads. Tradition The Scandinavian ballad tradition today is both a respected art form and an important basis of the popular Scandinavian sing-along tradition. Kjell Höglund
Kjell Höglund (born 8 December 1945 in Östersund, Sweden) is a Swedish singer-songwriter. Höglund, who found his musical breakthrough in the 1970s, is in his native country renowned for his mixture of Realism (arts), realism, absurdism and surrealism in his lyrics. He made 14 albums between 1971 and 2006, in addition to the two album collections ''Glöd'' (1988) and ''Lokomotiv'' (1994). In 1992 he was nominated for a Grammis award for best male Pop music, pop. Kjell Höglund has also published books with Esoteric, esoteric and pseudo-scientific content. Olle Adolphson
Olle Adolphson (2 May 1934, in Stockholm – 10 March 2004, in Stockholm) was a Sweden, Swedish writer, singer and songwriter. Björn Kristian Ulvaeus (; born 25 April 1945) is a Swedish musician, singer, songwriter, and producer best known as a member of the musical group ABBA.
