Fred Warburton
Frederick Warburton (8 August 1880 – 29 November 1948) was an English football player and manager active in the early part of the 20th century. Career Playing career Warburton played football professionally in England at the turn of the century. He played one game for Bolton Wanderers, and then after slipping into the non-League with Bryn Central, he played for Bury for two seasons, registering five goals in eleven appearances from a position of inside forward. He later played in the Southern Football League for Swindon Town and Plymouth Argyle, before playing for Accrington Stanley and Morecambe. Coaching career Warburton managed the Netherlands national team from 1919 to 1923. Little Bolton
Little Bolton was a township of the civil and ecclesiastical parish of Bolton le Moors in the Salford hundred of Lancashire, England, and later a separate civil parish. Besides the main part of Little Bolton, it had three detached parts which were separated by areas of Lower Sharples and Higher Sharples. Despite its name, Little Bolton had a larger acreage than its southern neighbour Great Bolton, from which it was separated by the River Croal. In 1891 the parish had a population of 44,307. Governance Historically, Little Bolton formed part of the Hundred of Salford, a judicial division of southwest Lancashire. It was one of the townships that made up the ancient ecclesiastical parish of Bolton le Moors. Under provisions of the Poor Relief Act 1662, townships replaced civil parishes as the main units of local administration in Lancashire.
