Fred Omach
Fred Mandir Jachan Omach, commonly known as Fred Omach is a Ugandan banker and politician. He is the current chairman of the board of directors at Uganda National Roads Authority, since 14 March 2017. He previously served as State Minister for Finance (General Duties) in the Ugandan Cabinet. He was appointed to this position in 2006. In the cabinet reshuffle of 16 February 2009, and that of 27 May 2011, he retained his cabinet post. He also served as the elected Member of Parliament (MP), for "Jonam County", Nebbi District from 2001 until 2016. Background and education He was born in Nebbi District on 16 April 1953. Uganda

Nebbi District
Nebbi District is a district in Northern Uganda. It is named after its main municipal, commercial and administrative centre, Nebbi, the location of the district headquarters. Location Nebbi District is bordered by Madi Okollo District to the north, Pakwach District to the east, Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) to the south and Zombo District to the west. Golf
Golf is a club-and-ball sport in which players use various clubs to hit balls into a series of holes on a course in as few strokes as possible. The ''Daily Monitor'' is a Ugandan independent daily newspaper. Its name is shared by the ''Saturday Monitor'' and ''Sunday Monitor'', which are also published by Monitor Publications Limited. Uganda Commercial Bank Ltd (UCB/UCBL) was a Ugandan government-owned bank, and the largest financial institution in the country.
