Franz Schuselka (15 August 1811 – 1 September 1886) was an Austrian politician and writer. Biography Schuselka was born on 15 August 1811 in České Budějovice. His father was an artillery corporal. Lothar Höbelt (born 30 June 1956 in Vienna) is an Austrian historian and who was a professor of Modern History at the University of Vienna, known for his right-wing and nationalist viewpoints. His research areas are political and constitutional history of the 19th and 20th centuries, and the Thirty Years' War. He also lectures at the Theresian Military Academy.
