František Němec
František Němec (born 9 August 1943) is a Czech actor, dubber, and theater pedagogue. Education and career Němec studied acting at DAMU from 1960 to 1964 and has been teaching there since 1982. He went on to work at Městská divadla pražská, where he stayed until 1982. That year, he received an offer from theatre director Miroslav Macháček to take on the titular role in Shakespeare's ''Hamlet ''The Tragedy of Hamlet, Prince of Denmark'', often shortened to ''Hamlet'' (), is a Shakespearean tragedy, tragedy written by William Shakespeare sometime between 1599 and 1601. Sezimovo Ústí (; ) is a town in Tábor District in the South Bohemian Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 7,100 inhabitants. Etymology The name literally means "Sezima's river mouth". Geography Sezimovo Ústí is urbanistically fused with the neighbouring towns Tábor in the north and Planá nad Lužnicí in the south. It is located about north of České Budějovice and south of Prague. ''Byl jednou jeden dům'' (''Once There Was a House'') is a television series first broadcast 1975. It takes place in a house located in fictional Bagounova Street. Context The series covers the period from 1936 to 1945, i.e. the period before, during and after the World War II.
