Frans Dhia Putros
Frans Dhia Jirjis Haddad (born 14 July 1993), known as Frans Putros ( ar, فرانس بطرس), is a professional footballer who plays as a right back or a centre back for Thai club Port and the Iraq national team. Born in Denmark, Putros is of Assyrian ethnicity from Iraq; he represented his native country internationally at youth level, before switching allegiance to Iraq, making his debut in 2018. Club career Putros began his youth career at IK Skovbakken, and was picked up by AGF in 2004, where he played a number of years in the youth and reserve teams for the club. He made his Danish Superliga debut on 16 November 2012, playing the full 90 minutes in a match against FC Nordsjælland. In fall 2013, Putros was loaned to Silkeborg IF, where he was reunited with the former AGF assistant coach Jesper Sørensen, who had become the head coach of Silkeborg IF. 2020–21 Danish 1st Division
The 2020–21 Danish 1st Division season is the 25th season of the Danish 1st Division league championship, governed by the Danish Football Association. From this season a promotion round for the six best placed teams and a relegation round for the six lowest placed teams are introduced. The top two teams of the promotion round are promoted to the 2021–22 Danish Superliga. The teams in 11th and 12th places are relegated to the 2021–22 Danish 2nd Division. Participants Silkeborg IF, and Esbjerg fB finished last in the 2019–20 Danish Superliga relegation play-off and were relegated to the 1st Division. The 1st Division (''1. Division'') is the second-highest football league in Denmark, also known as NordicBet Liga for sponsorship reasons. From 1945 to 1991 the 1. Division was the name of the highest level of football in Denmark. With the formation of the Danish Superliga, the 1st Division became the second tier of Danish football. While all the teams in the Superliga are full-time professional the 1. Division has a mixture of full-time professional and semi-professional teams.
