Frank Beede
Frank McNulty Beede III (born March 1, 1973) is an American former professional American football, football player who was an offensive lineman for five seasons with the Seattle Seahawks in the National Football League (NFL). He also played seven years in the Arena Football League (AFL) for the San Jose Sabercats. Early life Beede was born in Antioch, California and graduated from Antioch High School in 1991 where he lettered in three sports: football, wrestling and track. He was the Blossom Valley Athletic League, BVAL heavyweight wrestling champion in his senior year. College years Pursuing football in college, Beede played on the offensive line as a guard for three seasons at the University of California at Berkeley, University of California, Berkeley. In American football, a guard (G), otherwise known as an offensive guard (OG), is an Lineman (gridiron football), offensive line player who lines up between the center (American football), center and the offensive tackle, tackles. The 1993 Alamo Bowl was the inaugural edition of the college football bowl game and featured the California Golden Bears of the Pacific-10 Conference and the Iowa Hawkeyes of the Big Ten Conference.
