Frane Vinko Golem (4 October 1938 – 11 August 2007) was a Croatian diplomat and politician. Golem, a physician by profession, was the Croatian Minister of Foreign Affairs from November 1990 to May 1991. The Homeland War Memorial () is a Croatian state medal awarded to both Croatian and foreign citizens who participated in the nation's Croatian War of Independence as a volunteer, part of the Croatian Army and Croatian Council of Defence or in some other role. The University Hospital Centre (sometimes also Clinical Hospital Centre, ) in Zagreb, Croatia, is the largest hospital in Croatia and the teaching hospital of the University of Zagreb. It serves most of Central and Northern Croatia for specialist and acute medical procedures. The average waiting time for outpatient treatment is approximately 5 months and it should be booked in advance either by mail, email or telefax.
