Franco Carboni
Franco Ezequiel Carboni (born 4 April 2003) is an Argentine professional association football, footballer who plays as a left-back or left midfielder for club Venezia FC, Venezia, on loan from Inter Milan. Born in Argentina, Carboni represented both Italy and Argentina internationally at youth level. Club career Carboni started his career in his native Argentina with Club Atlético Lanús, Lanús, before leaving for Italy at the age of sixteen, when his father accepted the job of youth coordinator at Calcio Catania, Catania. He only spent five months with Catania before his performances caught the attention of clubs across Europe. He signed for Inter Milan in January 2020. Having signed a new contract with the ''Nerazzurri'' in April 2022, on 11 July 2022 of the same year Carboni was loaned out to Serie B club Cagliari Calcio, Cagliari for the rest of the season. He is currently working with Monza as the club's Under-18 youth coach. Carboni is the father of fellow footballers Franco and Valentín Carboni. The Maurice Revello Tournament (officially French: the ''Festival International "Espoirs" – Tournoi Maurice Revello''), previously known as the Toulon Tournament, is a football tournament, which traditionally features invited national teams composed of youth players from U-17 to U-23 level.
