Franco Benítez
Franco Daniel Benítez (born 14 June 1991) is an Argentine professional Association football, footballer who plays as a midfielder for CA Excursionistas, Excursionistas. Career Benítez started his career with Club Atlético Nueva Chicago, Nueva Chicago. He made one appearance in the 2011–12 Primera B Metropolitana campaign as they won promotion via the play-offs. Benítez was sent off on his Primera B Nacional debut in March 2013 versus Club Atlético Sarmiento (Junín), Sarmiento, though soon returned to appear nine times as the club suffered relegation back to the Argentine football league system, third tier. Benítez remained for two more seasons, the first of which ended as title winners, before leaving in 2015 to Sacachispas Fútbol Club, Sacachispas. The 2014 Argentine Primera B Nacional was the 29th season of the professional Argentine second division. A total of 22 teams competed. For this season, AFA decided to change the structure in the Argentine football league system, and because of this 10 teams were promoted to Primera División, with no relegations.
