Francis Lynch
Francis J. Lynch (August 9, 1920 – May 31, 1993) was an American politician from Pennsylvania who served as a Democratic member of the Pennsylvania State Senate for the 2nd district from 1973 to 1993. Early life Lynch was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and attended the Roman Catholic School, Banks Business College and St. John's Night School. He served in the U.S. Army during World War II and was awarded the Purple Heart for wounds received during combat in France. Career He was first elected to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives in 1966. Pennsylvania House Of Representatives
The Pennsylvania House of Representatives is the lower house of the bicameral Pennsylvania General Assembly, the legislature of the U.S. state of Pennsylvania. There are 203 members, elected for two-year terms from single member districts. It is the largest full-time state legislature in the country. The New Hampshire House of Representatives is larger but only serves part-time. Qualifications Representatives must be at least 21 years of age. Wilkes University
Wilkes University is a private university in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania. It has over 2,200 undergraduates and over 2,200 graduate students (both full and part-time).
