Francesco Lasca
Francesco Lasca (born 29 March 1988) is an Italian former professional road bicycle racer, who rode professionally for UCI Professional Continental Team between 2012 and 2015. Career Born in Osimo, Lasca competed as a professional from 2012, when he joined the team after five seasons competing domestically for the Bedogni Natalini squad. Lasca achieved his first victory as a professional, by winning the second stage of the Circuit de Lorraine; he won the mass sprint finish in L'Hôpital, beating Steven Tronet of and 's Nacer Bouhanni to the line. He also won the second stage of the Volta a Portugal later in the year, beating rider Reinardt Janse van Rensburg and 's Stéphane Poulhies in Trofa. Lasca remained with the team into 2013, taking a third place at the Clásica de Almería, before he became the first Italian winner of the Vuelta a La Rioja race in late March. Osimo
Osimo is a town and ''comune'' of the Marche Regions of Italy, region of Italy, in the province of Ancona. The municipality covers a hilly area located approximately south of the port city of Ancona and the Adriatic Sea. , Osimo had a total population of 35,037. Memorial Rik Van Steenbergen (previously GP Rik Van Steenbergen) is a single-day road bicycle race held annually in September in Arendonk, Belgium. The race, paying respect to the famous Belgian rider of the 1940s and 1950s, quickly gained importance and since 2005, it is a 1.1 event on the UCI Europe Tour. The race was canceled in 2013 and again in 2014 because the organizers were unable to raise sufficient funding and subsequently disappeared permanently from the calendar before being revived for 2019. In contrary to the previous editions, the race will now be held in Arendonk where before it was held in Aartselaar.
