The Fox Valley Tri-County League is a former high school athletic conference in Wisconsin, founded in 1924 and dissolved in 1970. Its membership was concentrated in the southern Fox River (Green Bay tributary), Fox River watershed and all public school members belonged to the Wisconsin Interscholastic Athletic Association. Athletic Conference
An athletic conference is a collection of sports teams which play competitively against each other in a sports league. In many cases conferences are subdivided into smaller Division (sport), divisions, with the best teams competing at successively higher levels. Conferences often, but not always, include teams from a common geographic region. Random Lake High School is a high school for grades 9–12. It is located in Random Lake, Wisconsin on the western side of town and serves approximately 233 students in the area of Southern Sheboygan County and Northern Ozaukee County. The Central Lakes Conference is a former high school athletic conference in central Wisconsin. Founded in 1951 and dissolved in 1962, the conference and its member schools were affiliated with the Wisconsin Interscholastic Athletic Association. History The Central Lakes Conference was formed in 1951 by five schools who seceded from the larger 7-C Conference in central Wisconsin: Almond, Green Lake, Oxford-Endeavor, Princeton and Wild Rose.
