The Fox Reality Awards is an awards show to honor achievements in reality television. It was broadcast by the Fox Reality Channel from 2006 to 2009 when the channel was replaced in 2010 by National Geographic Wild. Awards
An award, sometimes called a distinction, is something given to a recipient as a token of recognition of excellence in a certain field. When the token is a medal, ribbon or other item designed for wearing, it is known as a decoration. An award may be described by three aspects: 1) who is given 2) what 3) by whom, all varying according to purpose. The recipient is often to a single person, such as a student or athlete, or a representative of a group of people, be it an organisation, a sports team or a whole country. ''My Fair Brady'' is an American reality television series on VH1 that followed Christopher Knight, who played Peter Brady on '' The Brady Bunch'', and Adrianne Curry, who won the first season of '' America's Next Top Model'', a year after they met and fell in love on the reality show '' The Surreal Life''. The show appeared to have originated from a Season 4 episode of ''The Surreal Life'', during which each cast member pitched a TV show idea to network executives. Adrianne's concept, which she called ''Beauty and the Brady'', was a show about her and Knight's then-fledgling romance, in which she would attempt to convince Knight to marry her. Within that episode, Adrianne's idea was passed over in favor of that of castmate Da Brat, but the latter's show never came to fruition. Lloyd Eisler
Lloyd Edgar Eisler, MSM, (born April 28, 1963) is a former Canadian pairs skater. With partner Isabelle Brasseur, he is the 1992 and 1994 Olympic bronze medallist and the 1993 World Champion. Early partnerships and success Eisler first competed with Lori Baier. They won three consecutive Canadian Championship silver medals from 1980-1982 and competed at the 1982 World Figure Skating Championships, finishing in ninth place. He competed with Katherina Matousek at the 1984 Winter Olympics, in which they finished in eighth place. They competed in three consecutive Worlds from 1983-85 and won the Canadian Figure Skating Championships in 1984 and 1985. ''The Biggest Loser'' is an American competition reality show that initially ran on NBC for 17 seasons from 2004 to 2016 before moving to USA Network in 2020. The show features obese or overweight contestants competing to win a cash prize by losing the highest percentage of weight relative to their initial weight. Premise Each season of ''The Biggest Loser'' starts the 30-week competition with a weigh-in to determine the contestants' starting weights, which serve as the baseline for determining the overall winner. It has been advertised as "The Ultimate Social Experiment" and is produced by Ashton Kutcher, Jason Goldberg and J.D. Roth. The show's title is a parody of ''Beauty and the Beast''. This was the first show produced by the Fox Television Studios sub-division Fox 21. The show follows groups of "Beauties" (people — almost always women — who rely on their attractiveness and outgoing personalities but typically lack intellect) and "Geeks" (people — almost always men — who rely on their intellect, but typically lack social ability) who must pair up to compete in challenges to avoid elimination. Jonathan Antin is the former owner of two Los Angeles hair salons, Jonathan Salon West Hollywood and Jonathan Salon Beverly Hills.
