Fox Hunting (film)
Fox Hunting (russian: Охота на лис, Okhota na lis) is a 1980 crime drama directed by Vadim Abdrashitov. Plot Two youngsters beat a worker and are justly punished: one receives a suspended sentence, and the other goes to serve in the colony. But the victim is haunted by thoughts regarding the fate of these teenagers. He begins to regularly meet with the prisoners in the hope of getting to reach their hearts. The protagonist of this drama is an enthusiast of the nowadays rare type of Radiosport of the same name, fox hunting. Vadim Abdrashitov
Vadim Yusupovich Abdrashitov (russian: Вадим Юсупович Абдрашитов, tt-Cyrl, Вадим Йосыф улы Габдерәшитов) is one of Russian cinema's most notable independent directors. He is internationally renowned, with awards from the Berlin and Venice Film Festivals, and is a People's Artist of Russia. Early life and education Abdrashitov was born in Ukraine to Tatar father and Russian mother. He moved all over the Soviet Union with his father's military assignments. He was so impressed with the space flight of the first Russian cosmonaut that he left his parents and moved to Moscow to study nuclear physics at the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology. Dmitry Vadimovich Kharatyan (born 21 January 1960) is a Soviet and Russian actor of Armenian descent, People's Artist of Russia. Was born in Olmaliq, Uzbek SSR on 21 January 1960. His debut as an actor came in Vladimir Menshov's ''Practical Joke'' in 1977. In March 2014, he signed a letter in support of the position of the Russian president, Vladimir Putin, on the Russian annexation of Crimea. Nikolay Gavrilovich Smorchkov (russian: Николай Гаврилович Сморчков; 9 August 1930 – 7 March 2021) was a Soviet and Russian film actor. Biography Nikolay Smorchkov was born on 9 August 1930 in the village of Ivankovo, Gavrilovo-Posadsky District, in a large peasant family named Gavril Ivanovich and Pelageya Matveyevna. In 1933, fleeing Collectivization, the family moved to the village of Orgtrud, which was not far from Vladimir (now the district of the city). Being still in the 7th grade, the future actor caught a movie and decided to become a film actor. After graduation Smorchkov came to Moscow and entered the VGIK (course of Sergei Gerasimov and Tamara Makarova), where he had to deal specially with removing his pronounced accent. Alla Borisovna Pokrovskaya (russian: А́лла Бори́совна Покро́вская; 18 September 1937 – 25 June 2019) was a Soviet-Russian actress and educator. Life Pokrovskaya was born in Moscow her father was the opera director Boris Pokrovsky and her mother, was the director of the Central Children's Theatre. Her parents' did not encourage or rate her acting talents. She initially decided to be a teacher but then went into acting. She studied at the Moscow Art Theater School and in her spare time she volunteered as a stage hand for Oleg Efremov's theatre.
