Fotogramas de Plata are a series of Spanish annual film, theatre and television awards awarded by ''Fotogramas'' film magazine since 1951. The Film Awards -foreign and national- are given by specialized critics and those awarded to the performers are chosen by the public. On 5 February 1951, ''Fotogramas'' magazine awarded their first Placa de San Juan Bosco award to actor Jesús Tordesillas for his performance in 1950 film ''Pequeñeces''. Fotogramas
''Fotogramas'' is a Spanish digital and print film magazine which has been in circulation since 1946. It is one of the early film magazines in Spain. History Founded in Barcelona, it was first published on 15 November 1946 by Antonio Nadal-Rodó and María Fernanda Gañán. On 5 February 1951, the magazine awarded their first Placa de San Juan Bosco award to actor Jesús Tordesillas for his performance in 1950 film ''Pequeñeces''. In the 1970s the magazine was part of the Nadal Group. New categories were added over time to the award which were renamed Fotogramas de Plata and in 2012 they absorbed the TP de Oro awards. In 2011, the magazine was acquired by Hearst Communications. Jesús Tordesillas
Jesús Tordesillas Fernández (28 January 1893 – 24 March 1973) was a Spanish film actor. He appeared in 94 films between 1921 and 1973. He starred in the film '' Reckless'' which was entered into the 1951 Cannes Film Festival. TP De Oro
The ''TP de Oro'' were a series of Spanish annual television awards awarded between 1972 and 2011 by ''Teleprograma'' magazine. History Initially baptized as Los mejores de TP (The best of TP), they were called for the first time in 1972, six years after the birth of ''Teleprograma'' magazine. The winners were announced in April 1973, with the great winner of this first edition being the '' Un, dos, tres... responda otra vez'' contest, which won three awards: best program, best presenter Kiko Ledgard and most popular character (''Don Cicuta''). After the birth of TV3 and ETB Basque, in 1984 the categories were expanded to also recognize the best programs and professionals of regional television.
