Ford Fiesta S2000
The Ford Fiesta S2000 is a Super 2000 rally car built by M-Sport. It is based upon the Ford Fiesta road car. It made its racing debut at the 2010 Monte Carlo Rally, 78th Rallye Monte Carlo in 2010, with factory team M-Sport and drivers Mikko Hirvonen and Julien Maurin. Hirvonen won the rally. Nasser Al-Attiyah
Nasser Salih Nasser Abdullah Al-Attiyah ( : nāṣir ṣāliḥ nāṣir ʿabd allāh al-ʿaṭiyyah; born 21 December 1970 in Doha) is a Qatari rally driver and sport shooter. He was the 2006 Production World Rally Champion, 2014 and 2015 WRC-2 champion, an 18 time Middle East Rally Champion, a five-time FIA World Cup for Cross-Country Rallies champion, a three-time World Rally-Raid Champion, and a five-time (2011, 2015, 2019, 2022, 2023) Dakar Rally winner. His five victories in the Dakar Rally make him the only Middle Easterner and West Asian to win the competition more than once. The 2012 World Rally Championship was the 40th season of the Fédération Internationale de l'Automobile, FIA World Rally Championship. The 2012 Monte Carlo Rally, officially 80ème Rallye Automobile de Monte-Carlo was the first round of the 2012 World Rally Championship (WRC) season. The rally took place between 18 and 22 January 2012. Report Introduction The rally, which returned to the WRC calendar after a three-year absence, started in Valence on Wednesday 18 January and covered over , including of special stages. Stages were run in both daylight and at night, and the route included two passes through the famous Col de Turini stage on Saturday. The 2011 Rallye de France – Alsace was the eleventh round of the 2011 World Rally Championship season. The rally took place over 30 September – 2 October, and was based in Strasbourg, the capital city of the Alsace region of France. The rally was also the seventh round of the Super 2000 World Rally Championship, and the fifth round of the WRC Academy. Sébastien Ogier took his fifth WRC win of the season, having taken the rally lead on the second day after battling with Dani Sordo and Petter Solberg. 2011 Rallye Deutschland
The 2011 Rallye Deutschland was the ninth round of the 2011 World Rally Championship season. The rally took place over 19–21 August, and was based in Trier, in the Rhineland-Palatinate state of Germany. The rally was also the sixth round of the Super 2000 World Rally Championship, and the fourth round of the WRC Academy. Sébastien Ogier won his first tarmac rally, and became the first driver other than his team-mate Sébastien Loeb to win the rally since it became a world championship event in 2002. Ogier benefitted from a puncture suffered by Loeb on the last stage of Saturday's running, and eventually won by just under 40 seconds from Loeb. This also resulted in some controversial remarks by Sébastien Ogier claiming there is "justice in the sport" referencing his prior displeasure with his team's decision to have Ogier hold off while teammate Sébastien Loeb held the lead. Kuldar Sikk
Kuldar Sikk (born 20 June 1979) is an Estonian rally co-driver. From 2022 he is the co-driver of Benediktas Vanagas from Lithuania. Sikk holds the record for the best overall result in a car class in the Baltics as well as for an Estonian co-driver. Dakar results Rally career Kuldar Sikk began his co-driver in 1998, co-driving for several drivers. In the 2003 Monte Carlo Rally, he made his WRC debut in a Suzuki Ignis S1600. Ott Tänak
Ott Tänak (; born 15 October 1987) is an Estonian rally driver and the 2019 World Rally Champion. He is currently teamed with Martin Järveoja and is competing for Hyundai Motorsport in the World Rally Championship. Tänak achieved his maiden drivers' world title in the 2019 World Rally Championship, making him the first Estonian to win the drivers' championship, the first non-Frenchman to win the title since Petter Solberg in 2003 and the first for Toyota since Didier Auriol in 1994. 2011 Rally Italia Sardegna
The 2011 Rally Italia Sardegna was the fifth round of the 2011 World Rally Championship season. The rally took place over 6–8 May, and was based in Olbia, the fourth-largest town on the island of Sardinia. The rally was also the third round of the Super 2000 World Rally Championship and the second round of the WRC Academy. Sardinia returned to the WRC calendar for the first time since 2009, after the event was a part of the Intercontinental Rally Challenge in 2010. Bernardo Sousa (rally Driver)
Tomas Bernardo Rodrigues Sousa (born May 16, 1987) is a Portuguese rally driver. Born in Madeira, Portugal, and having previously competed in karting, Sousa began his rally career in 2006, competing in the Portuguese national championship. In 2008 he began competing in the Production World Rally Championship (P-WRC), a class of the World Rally Championship. He finished second in class on the 2008 Acropolis Rally, finishing the season ninth in the P-WRC standings. In 2009 he switched from a Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution IX to an Abarth Grande Punto, finishing the season in tenth. 2011 Jordan Rally
The 2011 Jordan Rally was the fourth round of the 2011 World Rally Championship season. The rally took place over 14–16 April, and was based beside the Dead Sea, some from the country's capital, Amman. The rally was also the second round of the Super 2000. The rally concluded with the closest finish in the history of the World Rally Championship. Heading into the final ''Power Stage'', Jari-Matti Latvala held a lead of 0.5 seconds over Sébastien Ogier, but Ogier overhauled his rival by just 0.2 seconds after winning the stage by 0.04 seconds over Latvala's Ford teammate Mikko Hirvonen, and crucially, 0.7 seconds over Latvala. Martin Prokop (, born 4 October 1982) is a Czech Republic, Czech Rallying, rally driver. He won the Junior World Rally Championship in the 2009 World Rally Championship season, 2009 season.
