2014–15 Hong Kong Premier League (also known as BOCG Life Hong Kong Premier League for sponsorship reasons) was the inaugural season of Hong Kong Premier League, the top division of Hong Kong football. Hong Kong Community Shield
2009 Hong Kong Community Shield was the first edition of the Hong Kong Community Shield. The game was a football match between the winners and the runners-up of the previous season's Hong Kong First Division League. The match was played in Hong Kong Stadium, on 17 August 2009. The two opposing teams were 2008–09 Hong Kong First Division League winners South China AA, South China and runners-up Kitchee SC, Kitchee. Because of Typhoon Morakot, which was currently affecting Taiwan, a part of the ticket revenue was donated to two charities, the Hong Kong Red Cross and United Christian Hospital. The game was won by Kitchee with a 2–0 victory over South China. The game's two goals were made by Spain, Spanish player Albert Virgili and Equatorial Guinea, Equatoguinean player Baruc Nsue. Started in 1969, it was the first football competition in Hong Kong which allowed commercial sponsorship. Hong Kong Sapling Cup
Hong Kong Sapling Cup (), currently known as JC Sapling Cup () for sponsorship reasons, is a Hong Kong domestic football (soccer), football competition contested by the Hong Kong Premier League teams. The objective of the Cup is to provide more playing opportunities for youth players. HK$120,000 reward goes to the winners, with the runners-up getting HK$60,000. The two other losing semi-finalists receive HK$30,000. The remaining teams get HK$15,000. Hong Kong FA Cup Junior Division () is a football competition in Hong Kong established in 2013. All lower division teams in the First Division, Second Division and the Third Division are included in the competition. Sun Hei and Central & Western are the most successful clubs, both winning 2 titles. History FA Cup preliminary round was founded by the Hong Kong Football Association in 2013, replacing the abolished Hong Kong Junior Challenge Shield. Between 2013 and 2016, the competition was designed to allow lower division clubs to qualify for the tournament proper. The AFC Champions League Two (abbreviated as the ACL Two or ACL2) is an annual continental club football competition organised by the Asian Football Confederation. Hong Kong FA Cup () is a knockout cup competition in Hong Kong football, run by and named after The Hong Kong Football Association. The first edition of the competition was held in 1975, before then the cup was known as the Golden Jubilee Cup. The current season is the 51st edition of the event. 14 different teams have won the cup with 10-time champions South China being the most successful. In the first three years, the semi-finals and the finals were two-legged events. If the aggregate result was drawn, there would be extra time after the second leg.
