''Flavour of Africa'' is the seventh studio album of Nigerian singer Flavour. It was released on December 4 2020. Background The album which has a running time of 55 minutes is a 15-track music project which features Fally Ipupa, Tekno, Phyno, Biggie Igba, Beenie Man, Waga G and Larry Gaaga. It also has the guest act of Odumeje. Production credits of the album goes to Masterkraft, Rotimi Keys, Selebobo, Spax, Stadic, Jonny Blaze, Marvio and DJ Tunez. Singles Flavour released Looking Nyash as a single from the album. The song is about the allure of the African woman's backside, and Flavour celebrates and elevates it. Reception Motolani Alake of ''Pulse Nigeria'' opined that the tracklists could have done with a few tweaks, and that the album could have also done without "Sawa Sawa", "Odoyewu" and "Omeihoma". Chinedu Okoli (born 23 November 1983), better known by his stage name Flavour N'abania or simply Flavour, is a Nigerian singer. He began his musical career as a drummer for a local church. Flavour is popularly known across Africa and the world for his hit song " Nwa Baby (Ashawo Remix)". He is currently signed to 2nite Entertainment. In 2005, he released his self-titled debut album ''N'abania''. In 2010, Flavour released his second studio album, ''Uplifted''. Larry Ndianefo, professionally known as Larry Gaaga, is a Nigerian songwriter, recording artist, music producer, and record label executive. He gained fame with the success of ‘Gaaga Shuffle’, a song he performed alongside Innocent ‘2Baba’ Idibia. Early career Larry Gaaga began his career in the entertainment industry in 2012 as the General Manager of YSG Entertainment, managing the career of rapper Vector. Afrobeats Albums
Afrobeats (not to be confused with Afrobeat or Afroswing), or Afro-pop or Afro-fusion (or Afropop or Afrofusion), is an umbrella term to describe popular music from West Africa and the diaspora that initially developed in Nigeria, Ghana, and the United Kingdom, UK in the 2000s and 2010s. Chukwuemeka Cyril Ohanaemere (born 9 September 1982), predominantly known as Odùméje, is a Nigerian clergyman as the general overseer of ''The Mountain of Holy Ghost Intervention and Deliverance Ministry'', and a musician. Early life Odùméje was born in Anambra State, Nigeria into a family of six children as the third born child of Mr and Mrs Pius Ohanaemere.
