Insignia International, formerly Flagship Food Group, is a global, diversified food company serving some retail, grocery, Foodservice, food service, and food-related organizations. Flagship was rebranded in March 2024. History Flagship Food Group was founded in January 2005 and is the result of a number of businesses and brands brought together to form a diversified food platform company. Starting in 2013 the company had been increasing acquisitions. Creo Capital Partners acquired New Mexico-based 505 Southwestern, a manufacturer of Hatch Valley green chile products, in 2007; Idaho-based Treasure Valley Specialty Foods, a manufacturer and distributor of branded and private-labeled food products, in 2008; and California-based Excelline Foods, a manufacturer of private-labeled refrigerated and frozen Mexican food products, in 2010.
