''Fixtape'' is the fourth studio album by Jamaican musician Popcaan. It was released on 7 August 2020 via OVO Sound and Warner Records. Production was handled by several record producers, including Boi-1da, London on da Track, Nineteen85, Noel Cadastre and Popcaan himself. It features guest appearances from Drake (musician), Drake, Dane Ray, Frahcess One, French Montana, Jada Kingdom, Masicka, PartyNextDoor, Preme, Stylo G and Tommy Lee Sparta, Tommy Lee. The album peaked at number 15 on the Canadian Albums Chart and at number 94 on the Billboard 200, ''Billboard'' 200. It was promoted by two pre-released singles: "Mamakita" and "Buzz", while "Twist & Turn" features Drake and PartyNextDoor and was released as the third single by being sent to urban contemporary radio on 1 September. Popcaan
Andrae Hugh Sutherland (born 19 July 1988), known professionally as Popcaan, is a Jamaican Toasting (Jamaican music), deejay. In 2008, Popcaan joined Vybz Kartel's Gaza Music Empire. In 2010, he released his breakthrough international hit "Clarks" with Kartel, an ode to the Clarks (shoe retailer), shoe brand. In 2013, Popcaan signed with Mixpak Records and released his debut studio album, ''Where We Come From''. In 2016, Popcaan signed with Canadian rapper Drake (musician), Drake's record label OVO Sound and Warner Records. His second album for Mixpak, entitled Forever (Popcaan album), ''Forever'', was released in 2018. Popcaan's international singles include "Only Man She Want", "Everything Nice", "Ova Dweet", "El Chapo", and "Family". He has collaborated with a number of international artists, most notably Drake, Jamie xx, Pusha T, Giggs (rapper), Giggs, Matoma, Wale (rapper), Wale, Gorillaz, and Davido.
