Bobby Fite
Robert Nelson Fite (born October 22, 1968) is an American former film and television actor. Beginning his professional career as a child actor and model at the age of six, Fite is perhaps best known for his recurring role as J.T. Martin on the NBC comedy series ''Silver Spoons'', as well as for his feature film roles in ''The Best Little Whorehouse in Texas'', '' The Legend of Billie Jean'', and ''Explorers''. Early life Fite was born in Dallas, Texas to parents Roselle and Robert Fite. Growing up in Dallas, Fite began his show business career at the age of six after taking it upon himself to contact local talent agent Kim Dawson. Samuel McClary Fite
Samuel McClary Fite (June 12, 1816 – October 23, 1875) was an American politician and a member of the United States House of Representatives for Tennessee's 4th congressional district. Biography Samuel McClary Fite was born the son of Jacob and Matilda M. Fite on June 12, 1816 near Alexandria, Tennessee in Smith County. He attended the common and private schools and graduated from Clinton College in Tennessee. Fite studied law in Lebanon, was admitted to the bar, and commenced practice in Carthage, Tennessee. He married Catherine Isabella Wilson on September 5, 1855, and they had three daughters, Josephine Rowena, Catherine McClary, and Alberta Beard. Career By 1850, Fite was a member of the Tennessee Senate. In 1852 at the age of 36, he was placed on the Whig ticket as a presidential elector. Henry Fite House
The "Henry Fite House", located on West Baltimore Street (then known as Market Street), between South Sharp and North Liberty Streets, later known as Hopkins Place, in Baltimore, Maryland, was the meeting site of the Second Continental Congress from December 20, 1776 until February 22, 1777. Built as an inn and tavern around 1770 in the Georgian architectural style in red brick with white wood trim by Henry Fite (1722–1789), the building became known as "Congress Hall" when it served for two months as the new nation's seat of government in 1776–77. Wendell Timothy Fite, also known as DJ Hurricane (born January 12, 1965) is an American hip hop DJ, producer and rapper. He is best known for his work with the Beastie Boys. He was a member of the groups Solo Sounds and The Afros and recorded three solo albums, featuring many well-known artists such as Xzibit, Public Enemy, Kool G Rap, Black Thought, Papoose and Talib Kweli. Timothy Sullivan, also known as Tim Fite, is an American musician, singer-songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist, living and working in Brooklyn. His past releases have run the gamut from indie to alternative to country to hip hop. Life and career Fite was born and raised in rural New Jersey, where he developed a certain fascination with guns and social value systems that can be found in his music, art and the illustrated stories he also creates. Ernest Rankin Fite (September 1, 1916 – November 6, 1980) was an Alabama state legislator and attorney. Biography Fite was born in Montgomery, Alabama to Ernest Baxter and Minnie Watt Fite. His grandfather, Bloomer Rankin Fite, established a firm and practiced law in the Hamilton, Alabama area in the 1880s, with four of his sons, including Ernest Rankin's father. Ernest Baxter Fite also served in the Alabama House of Representatives and Alabama Senate for Marion County, Alabama. Nina Maria Fite is an American diplomat and a career member of the Senior Foreign Service who served as the United States Ambassador to Angola from 2018 to 2021. Prior to assuming her role as ambassador, Fite served as Principal Officer at the U.S. Consulate General in Montreal, Montreal, Canada.
