''First Love Letter'' is a 1991 Indian film directed by Shiva and starring Vivek Mushran and Manisha Koirala with Chunky Pandey making a special guest appearance. Plot ''First Love Letter'' is a Pahlaj Nihalani film in which Vivek Mushran and Manisha Koirala made their debut in a romance and action scenario showing that love transcends all barriers. Pahlaj Nihalani is an Indian film producer. He was the former Chairman of Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) under the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting. He was also the President of the Association of Pictures and TV Programme Producers for 29 years until he resigned in 2009.
