Finnish II Corps (Winter War)
The II Corps () was a unit of the Finnish Army (1939), Finnish Army during the Winter War. The II Corps with the Finnish III Corps (Winter War), III Corps formed the Army of the Isthmus (Kannaksen armeija). The corps was commanded by Lieutenant General Harald Öhquist. The corps fought in the fierce battles around Summa and in the defence of Viipuri. The 6th Division (6.Divisioona) was a unit of the Finnish Army during the Winter War. Finland lost territories in the 3½ month Winter War against the Soviets, November 1939 to March 1940.
