Final Resolution (2023)
The 2023 Final Resolution was the professional wrestling event produced by Impact Wrestling. It took place on December 9, 2023, at the Don Kolov Arena in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada and aired on Impact Plus. It was the 12th event under the Final Resolution chronology, the first to be held since the 2020 event. Twelve matches were contested at the event, including three on the pre-show. In the main event, Josh Alexander and Zack Sabre Jr. defeated The Motor City Machine Guns (Alex Shelley and Chris Sabin). In other prominent matches, Moose defeated Rhino in a Street Fight, Mike Bailey and Trent Seven defeated The Rascalz (Zachary Wentz and Trey Miguel) and in the opening contest, ABC (Ace Austin and Chris Bey) defeated Brian Myers and Eddie Edwards to retain the Impact World Tag Team Championship. Total Nonstop Action Wrestling (abbreviated as TNA Wrestling or TNA) is an American professional wrestling promotion based in Nashville, Tennessee. It is a subsidiary of Anthem Sports & Entertainment, a Canadian media company owned by businessman Leonard Asper. Founded by Jeff Jarrett and Jerry Jarrett in 2002, following the end of World Championship Wrestling (WCW) in 2001, the promotion was initially known as NWA: Total Nonstop Action (NWA-TNA) and was affiliated with the National Wrestling Alliance (NWA) governing body. Chris Sabin
Joshua Harter (born February 4, 1982), better known by the ring name Chris Sabin, is an American professional wrestler. He is signed to WWE, where he performs on the SmackDown brand. After being trained by Scott D'Amore, Sabin debuted in 2000 for Border City Wrestling, and quickly began competing for numerous other independent promotions. In 2003, Sabin joined Total Nonstop Action Wrestling, NWA: Total Nonstop Action (NWA-TNA), and quickly won the TNA X Division Championship, which he later unified with the WWA International Cruiserweight Championship. The Rascalz is an American professional wrestling tag team currently appearing in Total Nonstop Action Wrestling (TNA) consisting of Trey Miguel and Zachary Wentz. In TNA, Wentz is a former one-time TNA X Division Champion, and Miguel and Wentz are a former one-time Impact World Tag Team Champions. Zachary Wentz and Dezmond Xavier first teamed together as members of Scarlet and Graves, a stable in Combat Zone Wrestling (CZW).
