Francesco Rulli is an Italian businessman, philanthropist and black belt Judo instructor at the New York Athletic Club. He founded MTI USA Inc. in 1995 and serves as the President. Arthur Canario (born in Brooklyn, New York) is a former nationally ranked judo practitioner and collegiate football player for Long Island University at CW Post. As an offensive tackle at LIU, he became an Academic All-American and graduated ''magna cum laude'' in 1973. He later attended the Georgetown University School of Medicine and became an orthopedic surgeon. Judo career Canario started studying judo as a result of a Christmas present from his parents in 1965.
