Alfred Fieraru
Alfred Eisenbeisser () (7 April 1908 in Chernivtsi, Cernăuţi, Austria-Hungary (now in Ukraine) - 1 July 1991 in Berlin, Germany) was a Romanian Association football, football player and figure skater of Germans, German ethnicity. As a footballer, he played for Romania national football team, Romania at 1930 FIFA World Cup, while as a figure skater he participated at the 1936 Winter Olympic Games. Career Football Alfred Eisenbeisser started his career at Jahn Cernăuţi. In 1930, he joined another team from Cernăuţi, Dragoş Vodă, and shortly after he was selected in the Romania national football team, Romania squad for the 1930 FIFA World Cup. He made his debut for the Romania national football team at the tournament, playing in the two matches against Peru national football team, Peru and Uruguay national football team, Uruguay. Gheorghe Fieraru
Gheorghe Ferariu (born 24 August 1936) is a Romanian volleyball player. He is considered the best setter in the history of Romanian volleyball. In the 1960s, he reached the peak of his career and was considered the best setter in the world. Career Ferariu, nicknamed Țîcǎ, had a prominent volleyball career, both nationally and internationally. In 1962, he became the national champion with Rapid. The following year, in 1963, Ferariu was part of the Romanian national team that won the European Championship, held in Bucharest. During this tournament, he was recognized with the award for the best defender in Europe. As a setter for the Romanian national team, Ferariu contributed to several major international victories. In 1957, 1959, and 1961, Romania secured first place at all three of the World University Games in Paris, Torino, and Sofia, respectively, with Țîcǎ playing a crucial role in all three competitions.
