Fiach Moriarty
Fiach Moriarty is an Irish musician and songwriter from Dublin, Ireland. His debut album ''So I'' came out in 2010; it appeared in the Irish top 100 album chart and peaked at 62. His second album was released in April 2015 and debuted at number 29 in the Irish chart. As well as being a solo performer, Fiach is also a member of the band ALDOC. Early life At the age of 5, Fiach Moriarty began to learn the violin at school in Inchicore. He states that he grew up with traditional Irish folk music in the home but was also influenced by Mozart and Beethoven, due to his mother's piano playing. At the age of 12, he received his first guitar as a birthday gift and began writing songs, influenced by Nirvana and The Beatles. Hothouse Flowers
Hothouse Flowers are an Irish rock band that combine traditional Irish music with influences from soul, gospel and rock. Formed in 1985 in Dublin, they started as street performers. Their first album, ''People'' (1988), was the most successful debut album in Irish history, reaching No. 1 in Ireland and No. 2 in the UK. After two more albums and extensive touring, the group separated in 1994. Philip Parris Lynott (, ; 20 August 1949 – 4 January 1986) was an Irish musician, songwriter, and poet. He was the co-founder, lead vocalist, bassist, and primary songwriter for the hard rock band Thin Lizzy. He was known for his distinctive plectrum, pick-based style on the bass and for his imaginative lyrical contributions, including working-class tales and numerous characters drawn from personal influences and Celts (modern), Celtic culture. The Zombies
The Zombies are an English Rock music, rock band formed in St Albans in 1961. Led by keyboardist/vocalist Rod Argent and lead vocalist Colin Blunstone, the group had their first British and American hit in 1964 with "She's Not There". Chris White (musician)
Christopher Taylor White (born 7 March 1943) is an English musician. He came to prominence in the mid-1960s as the bass guitarist and occasional lead vocalist of the rock band The Zombies. White is one of the main composers of the Zombies' music, and made major lyrical contributions to the band's songs. He was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2019 as a member of the Zombies. Early years White was born on 7 March 1943, in Barnet, Hertfordshire, to Harold White, a bus inspector for London Transport, and his wife Nan. Paul Joseph Brady (born 19 May 1947) is an Irish singer-songwriter and musician from Strabane, Northern Ireland. His work straddles folk and pop. Pauline Scanlon (born in Dingle, County Kerry, Ireland) is a singer of contemporary and traditional Irish music. Dingle is in the Corca Dhuibhne Gaeltacht, which is an area where the population's first language is Irish. Scanlon has been singing professionally since she was 15 years old. Scanlon has toured extensively worldwide with Sharon Shannon and has been featured on RTÉ's '' The Late Late Show''. Edmond Enright (born 19 May 1975), known professionally as Mundy, is an Irish singer-songwriter and founder of the independent record label Camcor Records. Biography He released his debut album ''Jelly Legs'' in 1996 on the Epic Records label. The album included the song "To You I Bestow", which was featured on the best-selling soundtrack to Baz Luhrmann's film adaptation '' Romeo + Juliet''. In 2000, Mundy was dropped by Epic while working on his second album, ''The Moon is a Bullethole'', which was about to be recorded.
