Fernando Patricio Martel Helo (born 2 October 1975) is a Chilean former footballer who played as a midfielder. International career Martel represented Chile at under-20 level in the 1995 FIFA World Youth Championship. At senior level, he made 14 appearances for the Chile national team 2001 to 2004. In addition, he made an appearance for Chile B in the friendly match against Catalonia on 28 December 2001. San Felipe, Chile
San Felipe (; "St. Philip" in Spanish) is a commune and the capital city of the San Felipe de Aconcagua Province in central Chile's Valparaíso Region. Until 1976, it was the capital of Aconcagua province, a first-level administrative division. It is located north of the national capital of Santiago. The commune spans an area of . The Copa Chile (''Chile Cup'') is an annual cup competition for Chilean football teams. Due to time constraints and club pressure, the trophy was cancelled in 2000, but returned in 2008. Its precursor was the Campeonato de Apertura (''Opening Championship''), played from 1933 to 1950.
