Fernando Marcos
Fernando Marcos Santiago (born 4 December 1968) is a Spanish former footballer who played as a goalkeeper. He played professionally in all of Spain's top three divisions, which included 47 appearances in La Liga with Albacete Balompié and Racing Santander. Career Real Mallorca Marcos was born in Felanitx, in the southeast of Majorca in the Spanish autonomous community of the Balearic Islands. He began his career with local side Real Mallorca, making his debut on 19 February 1989 in a Segunda División match away at Figueres. First choice goalkeeper Molondro was injured after half an hour, and Marcos was brought on to finish the game. Unfortunately, he conceded twice as Figueres won the game 2–1. Felanitx
Felanitx or Felanich is a municipality in the Spanish autonomous community of the Balearic Islands, located in the southeast of Majorca, 48 kilometres (30 miles) from the capital Palma de Mallorca. The town, dating back to the 13th century, lies near the medieval Sant Salvador Monastery with its Gothic architecture. Culture The St. Agustí convent was founded by Augustinians in the 17th Century. The Campeonato Nacional de Liga de Segunda División, commercially known as LaLiga SmartBank for sponsorship reasons, is the men's second professional association football division of the Spanish football league system. Segunda División B ( en, Second Division B) was the third tier of the Spanish football league system containing 102 teams divided into five groups, until it was replaced by the new structure in 2021. It was administered by the Royal Spanish Football Federation.
