Fenghuang Mountain (Liaoning)
Phoenix Mountain, also known by its Chinese name Fenghuangshan, is a mountain located in Fengcheng, Dandong Prefecture, Liaoning Province, China. Its highest peak is called Jianyan () with a height of 836 meters above sea level. Fengcheng () is a city in the southeast of Liaoning Province in Northeast China. Dandong Prefecture
Dandong ( zh, s=丹东 , t=丹東 , p=Dāndōng; lit. "Red East"), formerly known as Andong, is a coastal prefecture-level city in southeastern Liaoning province, in the Northeast China, northeastern region of the People's Republic of China. It is the largest Chinese border city, facing Sinuiju, North Korea, across the Yalu River, which demarcates the Sino-Korean border, Sino-North Korean border. To the southwest of the city, the river flows into Korea Bay. Dandong has therefore had a dynamic history because of its strategic location for the Northeast China, northeast's rich natural resources and because of its convenient access to the ocean. Qianshan National Park
Qianshan National Park () is a mountainous national park in Liaoning Province, China, 17 km by road, south east of Anshan. It is in the Qianshan Mountains (), named after itself, that extends from the Changbai Mountains in the China-North Korea border, first westward to Liaoyang, then southward to Dalian in the southern corner of Liaoning Province. Name origin The park is referred to as 'The Northeast Pearl'. The name Qianshan literally means 'Thousand mountains'.
