Felix Kammerer
Felix Kammerer is an Austrian actor. He made his big screen debut in the 2022 German language adaptation of ''All Quiet on the Western Front'', playing Paul Bäumer, the main character and central figure of the story. Early and personal life His parents are the opera singers Angelika Kirchschlager and Hans Peter Kammerer. From 2015 to 2019, he studied at the Ernst Busch Academy of Dramatic Arts in Berlin. Career Kammerer's stage work includes performances at the Maxim Gorki Theater in Berlin and at the Salzburg Festival before joining the ensemble at the Burgtheater in Vienna, Austria in 2019, for which he was reportedly handpicked by dramaturge Sabrina Zwach. Erich Maria Remarque (, ; born Erich Paul Remark; 22 June 1898 – 25 September 1970) was a German-born novelist. His landmark novel '' All Quiet on the Western Front'' (1928), based on his experience in the Imperial German Army during World War I, was an international bestseller which created a new literary genre, and was adapted into multiple films. Remarque's anti-war themes led to his condemnation by Nazi propaganda minister Joseph Goebbels as "unpatriotic". He was able to use his literary success to relocate to Switzerland and the United States, where he became a naturalized citizen. Lucy Ann Kirkwood (born October 1983) is a British playwright and screenwriter. She is writer in residence at Clean Break. Edward Berger (born 1970 in Wolfsburg, West Germany) is a German director and screenwriter. Life and work Edward Berger graduated from Theodor-Heuss-Gymnasium in Wolfsburg. He attended the Hochschule für Bildende Künste Braunschweig from 1990 to 1991 and then transferred to the Tisch School of the Arts at New York University, where he finished his studies in directing in 1994. At NYU, he created numerous short films, which were screened at many international film festivals.
