NEOS – The New Austria And Liberal Forum
NEOS – The New Austria and Liberal Forum () is a Liberalism in Austria, liberal political party in Austria. It was founded as NEOS – The New Austria in 2012. In 2014, NEOS merged with Liberal Forum and adopted its current name. Since 2018, Beate Meinl-Reisinger has been NEOS's chairwoman and was parliamentary leader until 2025, with Yannick Shetty taking over the position. It won 8.3% in the 2019 Austrian legislative election, 2019 legislative election and 9.1% in the 2024 Austrian legislative election. The 27th National Council was elected in the 2019 Austrian legislative election, 29 September 2019 legislative election, and was constituted in its first session on 23 October 2019. Originally, the National Council comprised 71 members of the Austrian People's Party (ÖVP), 40 members of the Social Democratic Party of Austria (SPÖ), 31 members of the Freedom Party of Austria (FPÖ), 26 members of The Greens – The Green Alternative (GRÜNE), and 15 members of NEOS – The New Austria and Liberal Forum (NEOS).
