Federico Cinà (born 30 March 2007) is an Italian tennis player. He has a career-high singles ranking of world No. 279, achieved on 16 June 2025 and a doubles ranking of No. 627, achieved on 26 August 2024. Early and personal life From Palermo, he is coached by his father Francesco Cinà, the former coach of Italian tennis Grand Slam winner Roberta Vinci. His mother is named Susanna. He is a member of CT Vela Messina and trains at the Cinà Tennis Institute. Junior career He reached the final of the Petit As tournament in 2021, where he lost to Czech player Maxim Mrva. In 2022, alongside Lorenzo Angelini and Lorenzo Carboni, he reached the final of the European under-16 team championship. Cinà reached the semifinals in the boys’ singles at the 2023 US Open.
