The Federation of Free Workers (FFW) is a national trade union center in the Philippines. It was founded 19 June 1950, and has a dues-paying membership of around 40,000. The FFW is affiliated with the International Trade Union Confederation. International Trade Union Confederation
The International Trade Union Confederation (ITUC; ; ; ) is the world's largest trade union federation. History The federation was formed on 1 November 2006 out of the merger of the International Confederation of Free Trade Unions (ICFTU) and the World Confederation of Labour (WCL). The Founding Congress of the ITUC was held in Vienna and was preceded by the dissolution congresses of both the ICFTU and the WCL. He was a senatorial candidate in 2019 Philippine Senate election, 2019, 2022 Philippine Senate election, 2022, and 2025 Philippine Senate election, 2025.
